Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Dispatch the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our enchanted warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
